Collective labor law handles the relationship between the employee, employer, trade union. Trade unions (also «labor unions» in the US) are organizations that generally aim to promote the interests of their members. The use of this law is done for the handling of the benefits, wages, and responsibilities of the employees, and the dispute management between the trade union and the company.
